About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead to drive the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions, lead technical teams, and oversee end-to-end machine learning initiatives from prototyping to production deployment.
Key Responsibilities• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Manage and mentor AI/ML teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery.
• Drive end-to-end AI/ML projects, from problem identification and prototyping to production deployment.
• Oversee model development, evaluation, fine-tuning, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and effectiveness of deployed models.




• Explore emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.

Required Qualifications• B.Tech, M.Tech, M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in AI/ML, such as TensorFlow Developer or AWS ML Engineer, are preferred.
• Research papers, case studies, or significant open-source contributions are preferred.

Required Experience• 7–10 years of overall skilled experience in AI/ML solution development.
• At least 4–5 years of experience leading AI/ML model implementation teams.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML use cases from prototyping to production deployment.
