• Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students
• Develop and implement career development programs and workshops
• Conduct career assessments and interest inventories
• Assist students with college and career planning
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate career education into the curriculum
• Maintain records of student career plans and progress
• Stay updated on career trends and labor market information
• Requirements:Master's degree in Psychology
• Certification in Career Counseling (CCC) or equivalent
• Experience : 4+ years of experience in career counseling or related field
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
