About the Role

We are a luxury fashion brand looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day production and operational activities across our workshop, vendors, inventory, and retail store.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate production schedules, workshop activities, and delivery timelines.
•⁠ ⁠Manage vendors and follow up on materials, sampling, and finished garments.
•⁠ ⁠Oversee inventory, stock movement, and order fulfilment.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the retail team to ensure smooth store operations.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct quality checks and resolve production or delivery issues.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, and production status.

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or production operations.
•⁠ ⁠Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
•⁠ ⁠Good communication and vendor management abilities.
•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
