About the Role

Ezulix Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, target-oriented, and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate international business opportunities and acquire clients across global markets.
The ideal candidate should have experience in international sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and business development, preferably in the IT or software development industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate international business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
• Identify and connect with international clients, business owners, CEOs, founders, startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
• Target markets including the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Europe, and other international regions.
• Promote custom software development, AI solutions,



mobile app development, web development, CRM, ERP, HRMS, fintech software, and other IT services.
• Identify potential clients looking to outsource software development projects.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
• Schedule online meetings, conduct sales discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline, from lead generation and initial contact to follow-ups and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate client information, communication history, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with international clients and achieve monthly business development targets.
