Role overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop new business in Prayagraj and nearby areas. You will meet fleet owners, transporters, logistics companies, and commercial-vehicle operators; understand their requirements; demonstrate Octafleet; and convert prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and local networking.
• Meet fleet owners, transport companies, logistics firms, and other commercial-vehicle businesses.
• Understand customer needs and demonstrate Octafleet’s fleet-management and GPS-tracking solutions.
• Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify referral and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead, visit, follow-up,



and sales-pipeline records.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and field-activity targets.
• Share customer and market feedback with the product and management teams.

Candidate requirements
• 2–5 years of field-sales or B2B sales experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, GPS tracking, telematics, commercial vehicles, SaaS, fuel cards, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, regular customer visits, and target-based sales.
• Good knowledge of Prayagraj and nearby markets.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily follow-ups.
• Hindi fluency is required; working English is preferred.
• Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally are preferred.
