About the Company

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage technology products, application support, and product enhancements.
2. Coordinate with Synoriq, IT teams, and external vendors for system issues and enhancements.
3. Gather business requirements and prepare functional requirements/documentation.
4. Manage projects across the SDLC, including testing, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation support.
5. Track system issues, enhancements, project deliverables, and timelines.
6. Identify opportunities for process automation, system improvement, and operational efficiency.
7. Coordinate user training and support during new product/feature implementation.
8. Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, and project status updates.
9. Work closely with Product, Business, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders.
10.



Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.

Key Requirements

1. 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Technology Management, Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or Application Management.
2. Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3. Strong understanding of SDLC, Requirement Gathering, Testing, UAT, Implementation, and System Enhancements.
4. Experience coordinating with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS, and reporting.
7. Ability to translate business requirements into technology/product solutions.
8. Solid ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
9. Fintech / NBFC / Banking experience preferred.
