Role Description The Executive Director Finance & Executive Director (Ops) roles are full-time, in office positions based in Visakhapatnam. The Executive Director Finance oversees financial planning, budgeting, financial controls, and statutory compliance, ensures accurate and timely financial reporting,



and provides strategic financial advice to the leadership team and Board. The Executive Director (Ops) leads day-to-day operational activities, including planning and supervising dredging projects, optimizing resource deployment, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Both roles collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, contribute to long-term strategic planning, manage senior-level teams, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and organizational performance.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Finance, including Financial Planning and Financial Reporting skills.
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and review Financial Statements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating financial and operational data, assessing risks, and supporting strategic decisions.
