General Atomics is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to support the planning, execution, and technical performance of one or more established engineering programs based in New Delhi, India.

Reporting to a senior program manager, this position is responsible for supporting assigned programs from initiation through delivery while managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, technical performance, resources, and customer relationships. The role will coordinate with engineering, operations, contracts, finance, suppliers, business partners, and company leadership across India and internationally. This will work effectively with India-based customers, government representatives, suppliers, and business partners, as well as internal teams in the United States and other locations. The position requires sound technical judgment, robust program leadership, and the ability to resolve complex execution issues in a multicultural and multinational environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support all phases of assigned programs, including initiation, acquisition support, planning, execution,



integration, testing, delivery, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, performance metrics, and delivery methods.
• Manage program scope, cost, schedule, quality, technical performance, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to establish design concepts, technical criteria, development activities, testing plans, and integration objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related issues and coordinate the resolution of technical, schedule, cost, quality, and resource concerns.
• Establish effective working relationships with India-based customers, government representatives, suppliers, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate program status, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to customers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
