About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and academically accomplished Assistant Professor – Production & Operations Management to join our PGDM faculty team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching, mentoring students, developing industry-oriented learning experiences, and contributing to research and academic development.

• Deliver engaging and application-oriented courses in Production & Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and related areas for PGDM students.
• Teach subjects such as:

• Operations Strategy

• Logistics & Distribution Management
• Quality Management
• Project Management




• Inventory & Materials Management
• Lean Management
• Service Operations
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Operations Analytics
• Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing
• Develop course content, teaching plans, case studies, simulations, projects and experiential learning activities.
• Use relevant tools and techniques for operations planning, forecasting, inventory management, quality control and process optimization.
• Guide students in live projects, industry projects, dissertations and research projects.
• Integrate technology, automation, AI, analytics and Industry 4.0 concepts into operations-related teaching wherever relevant.
• Mentor students and support their academic and career development.
• Undertake research and publish papers in quality national/international journals and conferences.
• Contribute to institutional research, consultancy, academic collaborations and knowledge-development
