About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive social media executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage our social media presence, website content, and online e-commerce product listings.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media platforms, content posting, basic website management, and e-commerce marketplaces. You will work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to strengthen our online presence and promote our products to the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers for creatives, banners, and promotional content.
- Upload and update content, banners, products, and other information on the company website.
- Manage and optimise product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Write engaging captions, product descriptions, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Support product launches, offers, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and other performance metrics.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across all digital platforms.
