Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit processes. This role includes implementing and maintaining HR policies, handling employee relations matters, addressing queries and grievances, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational guidelines.



The Human Resources Executive will coordinate HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, support training and development initiatives, and collaborate with management to enhance workplace culture and engagement. This is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, requiring close collaboration with leadership and team members across the organization.
