Business Development Manager – Avirata Defence Systems (ADS)

Position Summary
Avirata Defence Systems (ADS), a SASMOS Group company, is seeking a highly motivated and
commercially driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth across domestic and international Aerospace & Defence markets. The role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while strengthening strategic relationships with Defence OEMs, Armed Forces, Defence Research Organizations, System Integrators, Government Agencies, and global defence partners.

The Business Development Manager will serve as the primary commercial interface for ADS and will be responsible for expanding the company's presence across Defence Electronics, Electronics Integration Systems, Box Build Assemblies, Electronic Equipment Enclosures, Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), Power Distribution Units (PDUs),



Mission-Critical Electronic Systems, Ruggedized Electronic Solutions, Communication Systems, Avionics Sub-Systems, and other high-reliability defence and aerospace products.

The role will focus primarily on business development, customer acquisition, strategic account
management, capture management, and revenue growth. The incumbent will be responsible for
identifying opportunities from concept and requirement stages through contract award while building long-term relationships with customers and industry partners. Proposal management and RFQ coordination will be supported by a dedicated Business Development Executive team; however, the incumbent will provide commercial leadership throughout the chance lifecycle.
