Job Description:
8+ years of professional experience in full-stack Java development with robust focus on Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful APIs. Proven track record of owning and delivering production-grade features independently — from concept to deployment. Expertise in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) — including complex query optimization, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning. Deep understanding of ORM (JPA/Hibernate) — including entity modeling, lazy loading, caching, and avoiding common pitfalls. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills — especially in distributed systems and high-throughput environments. Proficient in modern development tools and AI-augmented coding practices (e.g., using AI to generate boilerplate, suggest refactorings, detect bugs, or write unit tests).



Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact use cases — from requirement analysis and technical design to production deployment and post-release monitoring. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure Java/Spring-based microservices in a cloud-native environment (AWS/Azure/GCP). Write optimized, maintainable SQL queries and work closely with DBAs to design efficient database schemas, indexing strategies, and query performance tuning. Utilize ORM frameworks (JPA/Hibernate) effectively, avoiding N+1 issues, managing transactions, and ensuring data consistency.
