Position Overview
Diago Academy is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head – Sales & Business Development to lead the Academy's revenue growth, client acquisition, business expansion, and sales operations. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing high-performing sales teams, building strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, expertise in financial services or education sales, excellent business acumen, and a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
· Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through active sales and client acquisition.
· Convert qualified leads into registered and funded trading clients on Diago platforms.
· Develop and execute strategies to increase account registrations and trading volumes.




· Create and implement business development plans to expand Diago Academy's market presence.
· Identify new business opportunities, strategic alliances, referral partners, and corporate collaborations.
Leadership & Team Management
· Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales, CRM, and Business Development teams.
· Set individual KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
· Coach and develop team members to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
· Recruit, onboard, and train current sales professionals.
· Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
· Conduct product presentations, trading platform demonstrations, and onboarding sessions.
· Explain MT5, proprietary trading solutions, and Diago Academy offerings to prospective clients.
· Build and maintain relationships with retail investor
