Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity estimation, measurement verification, and contractor bill certification. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate client bills, subcontractor bills, and maintaining proper billing documentation in accordance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities• Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and client bills as per project progress.
• Prepare and verify subcontractor bills and contractor payment statements.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed measurements for civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Verify site measurements with approved drawings, BOQs, and actual executed quantities.
• Prepare and maintain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), measurement sheets, and abstract sheets.
• Coordinate with the site team, project manager, consultants, and client representatives for bill certification.




• Monitor project quantities, variations, extra items, and deviations from the original BOQ.
• Prepare rate analysis for extra items and variation claims.
• Maintain records of work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and billing-related documents.
• Check material consumption, wastage, and reconciliation wherever applicable.
• Assist in preparing monthly progress reports and project cost statements.
• Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up on certification and payment status.
• Maintain proper documentation for final billing, reconciliation, and project closure.
• Use AutoCAD and MS Excel for quantity calculations, measurement sheets, and billing reports.
