Role DescriptionThe role will involve managing end-to-end talent acquisition responsibilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, headhunting prospective candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for important positions all times.
• Keep building a network of good talent via LinkedIn and other communities.
• Support the onboarding process for recent hires,



including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
• Participate in HR projects such as talent development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement programs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of exposure to recruitment processes
• Previous work experience in talent acquisition in a marketing agency is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
