Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Technical Recruiter to join
and support Brainotech’s global hiring needs. This role involves sourcing, screening, and
onboarding technical talent including freelancers, contractors, self-employed professionals,
and salaried staff for field engineering, cabling, and infrastructure support roles across multiple
regions. A strong understanding of employment classifications, compliance, and
documentation is essential.

Key Responsibilities




• Partner with the service delivery team and technical leads to understand job roles, skill
requirements, and hiring priorities
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and role alignment
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, IT
forums, and qualified networks
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for Helpdesk, Network Engineers, System
Administrators, Infrastructure Engineers, and Data Center Engineers
• Screen candidates for relevant technical skills across multiple domains
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing and Switching, Firewalls, CCNA or CCNP
level knowledge
• Systems: Windows, Linux, Active Directory
• Infrastructure and Data Center: Rack and Stack, cabling, servers, storage
• Conduct structured interviews for L1 to L3 Support roles and Network or Infrastructure
positions
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, of
