Company Description

Iliana Beauty & Co. is a contemporary luxury beauty brand that brings high-performance cosmetics and skincare-led formulations together, grounded in intentional design. Founded by sisters Niharika Singh and Nupoor Singh, the brand is built on ethics, inclusivity, and refined elegance. Every product is created to care for the skin while enhancing individual beauty across a wide range of skin tones.

The leadership team brings expertise across commercial finance, strategy, brand building, technology, and product innovation, with a shared focus on sustainable growth and a consumer-centric vision. Our products are cruelty-free and built to globally compliant standards. We are launching direct-to-consumer in India with a curated range of cosmetics, and we are looking for someone who wants to shape how a new luxury brand finds and grows its audience from day one.

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist to own performance marketing, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy for Iliana.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable building a launch plan, running paid campaigns, and reading the numbers to decide what to do next. You will work closely with our Marketing and content team and the founders, and you will have real ownership over how the brand grows in its first year and beyond.

• Own the promotional and campaign calendar, including launches, seasonal moments, festive periods, and sale events
• Partner with product and sales to plan pricing, bundles, offers, and launch sequencing

Performance marketing
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max),
