Role Description The Sales Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role supports the sales team with day-to-day operational activities, including preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and coordinating order processing and dispatch with internal departments.



The Sales Support Executive will manage customer queries, follow up on leads, and assist in tracking sales performance and reporting. The role also involves coordinating with distributors and partners, updating databases and CRM tools, and supporting the organization of sales meetings, presentations, and promotional activities. The position requires close collaboration with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Solid sales coordination and customer service abilities, including handling inquiries, follow-ups, and basic account management.
