Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Visual Designer with a strong design foundation and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be concept-driven, good with ideas, and capable of translating concepts into impactful visual designs. This is a 100% work-from-office role for an immediate joiner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create visually compelling designs for branding, marketing, and digital platforms
• Work on brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, and creatives
• Develop illustrations, sketches, and concepts from scratch
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Ensure consistency in branding across all visual outputs
• Present design ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders





Required Skills & Qualifications:
• BSc or MSc in Design or a related field
• Strong sketching and illustration skills
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Figma – added advantage)
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layouts
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas

Positive to Have:
• Knowledge of digital marketing creatives and social media design
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Motion graphics knowledge is a plus
