Role Description:
The Senior Manager will be the business owner and principal operator of the Cyber Insurance vertical, responsible for building the practice from the ground up and developing it into India’s leading cyber insurance leader in the next five years.

This is a highly entrepreneurial leadership role combining P&L; ownership, cyber insurance expertise, carrier management, enterprise business development, product strategy and team building.




The successful candidate will be expected to build a specialist practice rather than operate as a conventional insurance sales leader.

Candidate Profile :

Essential
• 10-12+ years of experience in insurance broking, underwriting, cyber insurance or a closely related specialty-risk environment.
• MBA + insurance qualification / relevant skilled qualification.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance and cyber insurance products.
• Demonstrated enterprise business development capability.
• Experience dealing with senior corporate stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of insurance placement, underwriting and claims.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build a business from an early-stage vertical.

Preferred
• Existing relationships with cyber insurers / underwriters.
• Experience in cyber risk advisory or cybersecurity.
• Experience working with IT/ITES, BFSI or other high-risk sectors.
