About The Role

We are seeking a Process Engineer with extensive hands-on expertise in Utilities processes to join our Operation Engineering Solutions Department (OESD) under the Global Manufacturing (GM) Excellence Organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, multi-disciplinary support to GM operating facilities, including refineries, NGL facilities, and petrochemical plants within Saudi Arabia and globally. The primary focus will be on monitoring, optimizing, and driving performance improvement programs for Utilities, offering both remote and on-site technical advisory support and benchmarking of utilities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid technical background, capable of leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and safety across multiple facilities.
