Role Description The Customer Success Executive role at Klenty is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their business goals, ensure effective onboarding, and drive product adoption across Klenty’s platform and Global Dialer. You will proactively monitor account health, resolve customer issues, and provide timely support through calls, emails,



chats and online meetings. You will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to improve customer experience, identify opportunities for account expansion, and reduce churn. You will also document customer feedback, contribute to playbooks and best practices, and help customers realize measurable value from Klenty’s solutions.

Qualifications
• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention, with a track record of building long-term relationships.
• Customer Support and Account Management skills to handle day-to-day inquiries, guide onboarding, and manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Analytical Skills to interpret usage data, identify trends, and recommend actions that improve customer outcomes and product adoption.
