Job Description:

• Play a critical role in a large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programme, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely migration of HR data from multiple legacy platforms into Oracle Fusion HCM.

• End-to-end data migration activities including data analysis, mapping, transformation, mock conversions, reconciliation, and production data loads across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
• Work closely with business SMEs, Oracle HCM consultants, integration teams, testing teams, and programme leadership to deliver high-quality migration outcomes supporting critical HR operations in US & UK.

The Role




We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Data Migration Specialist to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementation programme.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for data migration strategy execution, legacy data analysis, data mapping, transformation, migration development, mock conversions, validation, reconciliation, and production deployment support.
The successful candidate will act as the HCM migration specialist, working closely with functional, technical and business teams to ensure legacy HR, workforce, recruiting, absence, learning and related employee data is successfully migrated into Oracle HCM Cloud.
