As a Client Servicing Assistant Manager, robust interpersonal skills, effective communication, and attention to detail are crucial to building and maintaining long-term client relationships. • Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on event progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients after events to assess satisfaction levels and gather insights for future improvements.
