About the Role

Flo Mattress is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales growth across retail and B2B channels. The role involves managing customer enquiries, generating recent business opportunities, building relationships with architects, interior designers, hoteliers, and hospitality businesses, and representing the brand at exhibitions and trade fairs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

• Handle inbound enquiries and outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive sales closures.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mattress and sleep solutions.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.

Business Development & B2B Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitality, residential, and commercial segments.
• Reach out to architects,



interior designers, interior design firms, hoteliers, hotel chains, resorts, serviced apartments, and property developers.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships to generate referrals, project enquiries, and repeat business.
• Pitch Flo Mattress products to potential B2B clients and present product features, specifications, and commercial proposals.
• Explore opportunities for hotel room installations, bulk mattress orders, hospitality projects, and residential projects.
• Coordinate product samples, quotations, negotiations, and order closures with prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of architects, designers, hospitality clients, and other trade partners.

Exhibitions, Trade Fairs & Networking

• Identify relevant furniture exhibitions, interior design events, hospitality expos, and trade fairs for brand participation.
