The role
You open the first door at global enterprises across the US, UK, and Europe. You research accounts, find the leaders who own operations and AI transformation,



and start conversations that become pipeline for our Account Executives. You work from Bangalore on UK and/or US hours, and you own your number end to end.

What you'll do
• Run outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone into Global 2000 accounts
• Map buying committees: COOs, CIOs, and heads of operations, transformation, and shared services
• Book qualified meetings for AEs in the Americas and Europe
• Write outreach a senior executive would actually reply to
• Partner with marketing on campaigns, events like Soroco Illuminate, and inbound follow-up
• Bring back what you hear from the market to shape our messaging

What you bring
• 2 to 4 years as an SDR or BDR selling B2B enterprise software into the US, UK, or Europe
• A track record of meeting or beating pipeline targets
• Sharp written English and confidence on calls with senior leaders
• Real curiosity about how large companies run
• Comfort working UK and/or US shift hours
