We are looking for a Product Owner - Change Governance to join us in developing ways for IKEA to stay relevant for our customers and co-workers. In this role, you will help ensure that new digital products, services and improvements are successfully adopted, embedded into everyday ways of working and translated into measurable business value across the Digital Area.

You can turn complex needs into practical guidance and easy, reusable ways of working.




You take ownership and help move initiatives from discovery and planning through rollout, adoption and continuous improvement.
You build strong relationships and collaborate confidently with stakeholders across product, engineering, service and business teams.
You are comfortable using feedback, data and insights to understand adoption and guide improvements.
You are curious, inclusive and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a complex, global environment.
