Job Purpose

The Culture & People Success Executive is a tech-savvy HR professional who uses AI, automation, and HR systems to own recruitment and onboarding execution.We are looking for a hands-on professional with 1-3 years of recruitment and HR operations experience, solid technology recruitment exposure, and in-depth knowledge and experience of AI and automation for HR tasks. The role converts approved hiring requirements into timely closures, maintains disciplined recruitment workflows, manages the employee lifecycle from preboarding to offboarding, supports planned employee engagement initiatives, and operates through defined SLAs, systems, dashboards, automated workflows, and documented processes. The role requires strong awareness of automation and a readiness to adopt, execute, and adapt AI in day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition





• Own end-to-end recruitment execution from approved requirement and role calibration through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer release, follow-up, and closure.
• Partner with the C&PS; Lead and hiring managers to clarify role requirements, must-have skills, interview stages, timelines, and closure expectations before sourcing begins.
• Source technology and non-technology talent through ATS, job portals, referrals, LinkedIn/direct sourcing, internal databases, and other approved channels.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and vendors - share requirement briefs, track profile submissions, review quality and turnaround, and follow up on agreements and invoices.
• Conduct recruiter screening, using AI-assisted tools where appropriate, maintain clear candidate notes, and submit relevant profiles against the agreed requirement.
