Role Description :
This is a full-time, remote Analyst role focused on Power BI and Advanced Excel with a requirement of 4+ years of relevant experience. The Analyst will design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, using data modeling best practices to ensure accurate and efficient analysis. The role involves working with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into measurable KPIs,



and creating analytical solutions that support decision-making. Daily responsibilities include extracting and transforming data from multiple sources, performing advanced analysis in Excel, validating data quality, and documenting logic and workflows. The Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing reports, identify opportunities for process automation, and support continuous improvement in business intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and dashboard development, preferably using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
