Role Summary

The PPA Origination and Power Sales Manager will lead commercial origination and business development activities for Blueleaf’s renewable energy offtake opportunities in India.

The successful candidate will build and manage relationships with data centre operators, cloud service providers, telecommunications companies and other large energy-intensive customers, identifying opportunities for long-term renewable power procurement solutions. The role requires a strong combination of commercial acumen, energy market knowledge, stakeholder management skills and complex deal execution capabilities.

How You Will Make an Impact




Business Development & Origination
• The candidate will be expected to originate and negotiate:
• Corporate PPAs
• Green electricity supply arrangements
• Renewable Energy Certificate (REC/I-REC) transactions
• Hybrid power solutions combining renewable generation and firming products
• Long-term renewable electricity supply arrangements supporting data centre expansion
• Understanding and experience from other markets where virtual / sleeved PPAs exist
• Develop and execute Blueleaf Energy's India’sofftake strategy.
• Build a pipeline of prospective customers across:
• Hyperscale data centres
• AI data centre developers
• Cloud service providers
• Telecommunications operators
• Commercial & Industrial customers
• Multinational corporations with sustainability commitments
• Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision makers including:
• Energy procurement team
