Role Description The DRA-Trained Recovery Agent is responsible for managing and executing recovery activities related to overdue and bad debt accounts. This contract, on-site role is based in Uttar Pradesh, India, and involves visiting customers, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring collections are carried out in alignment with DRA guidelines and applicable laws. The agent will review case files, verify customer information,



and maintain accurate records of interactions, commitments, and payments. Daily tasks include coordinating with banks, NBFCs, and other clients, preparing brief status reports, and escalating complex cases to supervisors when needed. The role also requires maintaining professional conduct, safeguarding customer data, and representing the company positively during field visits.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Debt Collection skills, including recovery planning, negotiation, and familiarity with DRA regulations and compliance.
