We are setting up a lean, high-ownership go-to-market team from the ground up, and the people in these roles will shape how Solis sells.

The roleYou will open doors. Your job is to find the right businesses, start conversations with decision-makers, and build a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities for our HRMS, CRM, automation and custom solutions.

What you will do• Research and map target industries, companies and decision-makers (HR heads, founders, operations and IT leaders)
• Run outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, calls and WhatsApp to book discovery meetings
• Qualify leads on need, budget, authority and timeline before handing them to Sales
• Build partnerships with channel partners, consultants, CA firms and industry associations that can refer business
• Represent Solis at networking events,



industry meetups and trade shows
• Keep the CRM accurate: every lead, touchpoint and next step logged
• Share market feedback on what prospects ask for, so we can sharpen products and pitches
• Hit weekly and monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline created

What we are looking for• 1 to 3 years in business development, inside sales or lead generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or IT services
• Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection; persistent without being pushy
• Explicit spoken and written English and Hindi
• Basic understanding of business software (HRMS, CRM, ERP) or a fast learner who will get there
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, email tools and a CRM
• Organised, target-driven and self-starting

Good to have• An existing network among SMB founders, HR or operations leaders
• • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar prospecting tools
