Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Night Shift role for freshers based at Medusind’s Ahmedabad location. The role involves working on healthcare revenue cycle processes, including reviewing and entering data from medical documents,



verifying information for accuracy and completeness, and updating internal systems as per standard operating procedures. Team members will coordinate with supervisors or support teams to resolve discrepancies, follow established workflows, and meet defined productivity and quality targets. The position also requires maintaining confidentiality of patient and client information, adhering to compliance and security guidelines, and being flexible to work scheduled night shift hours. Training will be provided to help new hires learn the processes, tools, and performance expectations.
Qualifications

• Ability to work night shifts in office in Ahmedabad and maintain consistent attendance.
• Strong typing skills, basic computer literacy, and comfort working with spreadsheets and web-based applications.
