About the Internship

We are looking for motivated candidates for the Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern position. This 4-month internship is intended for candidates who want to build practical skills through real-world work, guided learning, feedback, and consistent contribution. Interns will support lead generation, prospecting, outreach, client communication, appointment setting, market research, and business growth initiatives.





Role Description

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern, you will work with the relevant team to support assigned projects and operational activities. You will be expected to learn quickly, follow qualified processes, complete assigned responsibilities, and progressively take greater ownership of your work.

Key Responsibilities

* Research target industries, companies, decision-makers, and potential clients.

* Build and maintain accurate prospect and lead lists.

* Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, directories, and other channels.

* Assist with cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.

* Introduce Indux Technology's services and understand prospect requirements.

* Qualify leads based on business needs, fit, budget, timeline, and decision-making context.

* Schedule discovery calls, product/service discussions, and meetings for the sales team.
