About the Role

OptInn Solutions is looking for a driven and results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive with 1.5–2 years of hands-on B2B experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through a mix of marketing initiatives and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development
• Identify and generate new B2B leads through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities
• Set up and conduct discovery calls/meetings with prospective clients
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Support proposal creation, pitch decks, and follow-ups with prospects
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into qualified opportunities
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling/cross-selling opportunities

Marketing




• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, content marketing)
• Create and manage marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, presentations)
• Support social media strategy and content calendar for brand visibility
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize results
• Coordinate with design/content teams for marketing materials
• Assist in organizing webinars, events, and other lead-generation activities

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1.5–2 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing and/or Business Development
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead generation tools
• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
• Basic understanding of digital mark
