Job overview
We are looking for an experienced, commercially-oriented Finance Manager for our luxury pre-opening project in Dasada, Gujarat. You will oversee all financial operations, ensuring strong financial discipline, cost control, statutory compliance, and profitability while maintaining our guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial planning & budgeting: prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections with the GM and corporate team. track performance against budgets, analyze variances, and evaluate the feasibility of current investments.
• Accounting & financial reporting: oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger maintenance, and monthly/annual closing. prepare balance sheets, P&L;, and cash flow statements in line with company policies.
• Revenue audit & controls: audit daily revenues across rooms, F&B;, wellness, and activities. reconcile PMS, POS,



and accounting system data while monitoring key metrics like ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy.
• Cost control & profitability: track operating expenses across departments, focusing on F&B; costs, payroll, utilities, and procurement. implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing luxury standards.
• Payables & receivables: manage vendor payments, supplier credit terms, corporate billing, and collections. oversee employee advances and operational imprests.
• Cash flow & treasury: monitor daily cash/bank balances, handle short-term liquidity needs, supervise petty cash, and manage cash handling procedures.
• Inventory & stores control: oversee physical stock counts, track inventory movements, and manage stock variances across F&B;, housekeeping, and engineering stores.
• Statutory compliance & taxation: ensure timely calculation, filing, and payment for GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements. coordinat
