Role Description The Hiring Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for driving business growth in talent acquisition and training services.



This role involves identifying and pursuing recent corporate clients, managing relationships with existing partners, and presenting CertED’s hiring, training, and technology solutions to decision-makers. The Hiring Sales Executive will conduct market research, generate qualified leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals. Daily activities include meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal delivery and recruitment teams, maintaining accurate sales and client records, and providing regular performance reports. The role also requires active participation in networking events, client meetings, and follow-ups to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
