Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.



Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, creating job postings, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The role involves managing employer branding initiatives, coordinating offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will also maintain recruitment data, track hiring metrics, and support continuous improvement of recruitment practices aligned with business needs.
Qualifications

• Strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Experience with Hiring processes, working closely with hiring managers, and managing multiple requisitions.
