self-motivated people who want to own outcomes. People who are comfortable walking into a steel plant or a pharma line, understanding what keeps the plant head awake at night, and translating that into a solution the customer will pay for and keep. People who treat a customer's downtime as their own problem.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Own key accounts: build and run strategic account plans for assigned manufacturing customers, and be the senior point of contact from plant reliability engineers to business heads.
• Prove value: turn condition-monitoring and diagnostics data into business cases customer leadership will fund - downtime avoided, failures prevented, maintenance cost reduced.
• Grow the account: hunt for opportunities inside existing customers — more assets, more plants and adjacent MachineAstro solutions — through consultative, value-based cross-sell and upsell.
• Be the technical authority: review vib
