Guest Service Associate

We’re looking for a warm, organised, and dependable Guest Service Associate who enjoys helping people and pays attention to the little things.
You will support guests from before arrival until after checkout—answering questions, coordinating requests with property teams, and following through on concerns. Your role is to make every guest feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.

What you’ll do• Communicate with guests over calls, WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
• Share arrival instructions, property information, meal arrangements, and other details before check-in.
• Understand guest preferences and special requests, and coordinate with property teams to prepare for their stay.
• Coordinate check-ins, checkouts, and guest requests with caretakers, housekeeping, and operations teams.
• Check in with guests during their stay and address concerns promptly.
• Take ownership of complaints:



understand the issue, coordinate a solution, keep the guest updated, and follow through until closure.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the Guest Service Lead with clear information.
• Maintain accurate records of guest conversations, requests, complaints, and resolutions.
• Collect guest feedback and flag recurring issues that need attention.
• Follow Raho’s service standards and provide complete handovers between shifts.

What we’re looking for• Ideally, 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or customer support. Freshers with strong communication skills and a service mindset are also welcome.
• Clear spoken and written English and confidence communicating over the phone. Hindi, Kannada, or other regional languages are an advantage.
• A patient, empathetic approach, including when handling an unhappy guest.
