Role Description

We’re looking for a driven and optimistic Sales Specialist to help scale BridgeYU from 0 to 1.
This role is for someone who loves selling, takes ownership of targets, and sees challenges as opportunities. You’ll be responsible for building a solid sales pipeline, identifying the right customers, converting leads into paying customers, and consistently delivering measurable revenue growth.
You won’t just manage an existing pipeline—you’ll create opportunities, experiment with sales strategies, build relationships,



and develop repeatable processes that drive business growth. Working closely with the founders, you’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and establishing BridgeYU’s presence in the market.
We’re looking for a positive, persistent, and results-oriented seller who believes in the product, enjoys talking to customers, and is motivated by achieving—and exceeding—targets.

Note: Candidates with their own laptop and personal transportation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Sales Targets: Take complete ownership of revenue goals, consistently meet targets, and work towards exceeding them.
• Build from 0 to 1: Create and grow the sales pipeline from scratch by identifying potential customers and exploring new opportunities.
• Generate Quality Leads: Drive lead generation through outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, networking, and other effective channels.
