Role OverviewWe are looking for a Head of Retail Design & Visual Merchandising to conceptualise, design and develop Snukio’s retail store format.

You will own the end-to-end design journey, from defining the store design concept and space planning to visual merchandising and on-ground execution. The objective is to create a distinctive, functional and scalable store experience that enhances product discovery, customer engagement and sales.

This is an prospect to build Snukio’s retail design language and establish standards that can be replicated as we expand across locations.

Key Responsibilities• Retail Design Conceptualisation:



Develop Snukio’s store design identity, concepts, themes and design guidelines.
• Store Layout & Space Planning: Design store layouts, category zoning, customer circulation, product placement and space utilisation.
• Visual Merchandising: Create effective product displays, category presentations, brand zones and promotional setups across sports and fitness categories.
• Customer Experience: Design intuitive store journeys that make product discovery easier and improve the overall shopping experience.
• Design Development & Execution: Translate concepts into detailed plans, coordinate with architects, contractors and vendors, and oversee execution.
• New Store Development: Lead design planning and VM execution for new store launches, relocations and store revamps.
• Fixtures & Materials: Define store fixtures, lighting, signage, materials and display systems aligned with the brand identity and budget.
