Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign setup, audience targeting, budget optimization, and A/B testing.
• Experience in performance analysis, including reading dashboards, interpreting KPIs, and generating explicit, actionable reports.
• Ability to collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.
• Familiarity with broader digital marketing concepts, such as funnels, remarketing, and basic SEO/SEM principles.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in paid social advertising or agency work is an advantage, especially in design-led environments.
