Position Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Product Manager (4–5 years of experience) to own and scale our core payment infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for building seamless checkout experiences, integrating payment gateways (PGs), optimizing transaction routing, and leading consumer/merchant payment flows across UPI, cards, netbanking, mandates and alternative payment methods.
You will act as the bridge between engineering, design, risk, compliance, and partner banks/aggregators to drive higher transaction success rates, reduce checkout friction, and maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards (NPCI/RBI).
Key Responsibilities
• Checkout & PG Integrations: Own the end-to-end checkout funnel. Design, integrate, and optimize payment gateways, aggregators, routing engines, and tokenization solutions to lower latency and increase Payment Success Rates (PSR). • Payment journeys:

• Conversion Optimization & Funnel Analysis: Use analytical tools (SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to identify drop-off points, design A/B tests, and optimize payment recovery flows (e.g., auto-retry mechanisms, energetic fallback options).
• Reconciliation & Settlement Operations: Collaborate with finance and operations to build reliable automated reconciliation, refund, payout, and chargeback/dispute resolution workflows.
