Role Summary
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and maintain high-quality online course content for the Microsoft Professional Certificate in Data-Driven Product Marketing. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in product marketing, go-to-market strategies, customer research, product analytics, and AI-assisted workflows, combined with a genuine passion for teaching and energetic on-camera instruction.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Discovery & Alignment: Validate Job Task Analysis (JTA) documents, Coursera In-Demand Topic (IDT) frameworks, and Program Architectures to ensure content directly aligns with industry requirements for product marketing roles.
• Content Development & AI Augmentation: Create comprehensive instructional materials including case studies, positioning frameworks, go-to-market briefs, and prompt workflows. Substantively enhance AI-generated drafts with first-hand product launch scenarios, feature adoption friction, and real practitioner context.
• Core Technical Instruction: Develop content across positioning, value messaging,



competitor matrix development, win-loss analysis, product analytics in Power BI, user segment mapping, and Copilot prompt flows.
• Activity Testing & Lab Validation: Complete all learner activities end-to-end as a student across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI, Excel, Teams, and market intelligence platforms to verify platform feasibility, UI accuracy, timing, and dataset integrity.
• Assessment Design & AI Audit: Design technical quizzes, positioning pitch critiques, and capstone projects. Formulate rubrics to evaluate launch strategy rigor, product telemetry analysis, and human-in-the-loop brand safety auditing for Copilot outputs.
• Multimedia & Video Production: Appear on camera to lead instructional video modules and GTM walkthroughs, while building synthetic product usage datasets, messaging templates, and Copilot prompt libraries for student labs.
• Governance & Safeguards: Enforce strict data
