Role Description The Relationship Manager will work full time on-site in Pune City, primarily at the Kharadi and Baner locations. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing suitable real estate options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, property visits, and follow-ups,



coordinating with internal teams and developers, and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure. The Relationship Manager will manage a pipeline of leads, maintain accurate records of interactions and deals, and contribute to achieving sales and service goals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management abilities, including active listening, needs assessment, and follow-through on commitments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers and stakeholders in person and over phone/email.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain property features, address objections, and support deal closure.
• Comfort with on-site work involving frequent property visits in Pune City and flexibility to work extended hours when required.
