About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, structured, and proactive Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate client projects, manage team performance, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple accounts.
As a growing marketing agency working with clients across different industries, we need someone who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment. You will be responsible for connecting people, processes, priorities, and deliverables to ensure that the team operates efficiently and clients receive consistent results.
This role requires more than task tracking and follow-ups. We are looking for someone who understands how to manage a team, delegate effectively, anticipate bottlenecks, analyze project requirements, make informed decisions, and take ownership of outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not an individual contributor position.
You should have prior experience managing a team and be comfortable being accountable for both execution and the systems that enable execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
• Plan, structure, and manage projects across multiple clients, ensuring explicit objectives, deliverables, timelines, and ownership.
• Break down client requirements and broader goals into actionable tasks, milestones, and realistic timelines.
• Maintain a centralized view of project progress, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Identify potential delays, resource constraints, and execution risks before they become problems.
• Ensure projects move smoothly from briefing and planning through execution, review, approval, and delivery.
2. Team Management & Delegation
• Manage, coordinate, and support a cross-functional team of marketing, creative, and execution professionals.
