Role Description The Head of AI & Digital Marketing is a full-time, in office leadership role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role is responsible for designing and executing AI-driven digital marketing strategies that strengthen IIHM’s brand, increase enrollment, and enhance stakeholder engagement.



Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the development and deployment of AI models for audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization across web, social media, and other digital channels. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with academic and administrative units, managing external vendors, and ensuring that data insights are translated into effective marketing actions. The Head of AI & Digital Marketing will also monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, ensure ethical and compliant use of data and AI tools, and continuously evaluate emerging technologies to keep IIHM at the forefront of digital innovation.

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Data Science, with the ability to design and supervise AI-driven solutions for marketing and operations.
