Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant / Vendor Coordination Executive to support finance operations and vendor management activities in our Pharmaceutical Division. The candidate will be responsible for accounting functions, vendor communication, invoice processing, payment follow-up, reconciliation, and coordination across internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Accounts & Finance
Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, purchase entries, and invoice verification.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain purchase records, vendor ledgers, and payment schedules.
• Follow up with vendors for pending invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Verify GST invoices and coordinate for GST-related documentation and reconciliation.
• Maintain purchase registers, expense records, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements, procurement, and timely deliveries.
• Assist in accounts payable,



bank reconciliation, and other accounting activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of accounting records.

Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and payment status.
• Ensure timely collection and verification of vendor documents.
• Track vendor agreements and maintain updated records.
• Handle vendor queries and maintain professional relationships.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of current vendors and documentation compliance.

Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Arts / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com/MBA or equivalent).
• 0–3 years of experience in accounting and vendor coordination (Pharma industry preferred).
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles.
